2. Booking and Payment
2.1. Booking Process: Customers can book car inspections through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or email. You will need to provide accurate vehicle details such as make, model, year, and location.
2.2. Payment: Payment for services is required either at the time of booking or upon service completion, as per the agreement.
2.3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled inspection time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the inspection may incur a cancellation fee.
2.4. Refund Policy: Refunds are only provided if services are not rendered due to our unavailability or for other valid reasons. No refunds will be issued for completed inspections or last-minute cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.

6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. No Liability for Future Issues:
4 Wheels Analysis is not responsible for any mechanical failures or vehicle issues that arise after the inspection.
6.2. Service Limitations:
We are not liable for undetected or unforeseen issues that occur post-inspection or are caused by environmental factors, misuse, or wear and tear.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. Content Ownership: All content on the 4 Wheels Analysis website, including text, images, logos, and branding materials, is the property of 4 Wheels Analysis and is protected by intellectual property laws.
