To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental or guardian consent. 1.3. Service Availability: Our services are currently available in Pune, Maharashtra, and surrounding areas unless otherwise specified

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. Booking Process: Customers can book car inspections through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or email. You will need to provide accurate vehicle details such as make, model, year, and location.

2.2. Payment: Payment for services is required either at the time of booking or upon service completion, as per the agreement.

2.3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled inspection time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the inspection may incur a cancellation fee.

2.4. Refund Policy: Refunds are only provided if services are not rendered due to our unavailability or for other valid reasons. No refunds will be issued for completed inspections or last-minute cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.

3.1. Used Car Inspection (UCI):
Our experts conduct a comprehensive evaluation of pre-owned vehicles. This includes engine scanning, transmission, electrical checks, accidental damage checks, and an overall condition assessment to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and reliable.

3.2. New Car Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI):
When you buy a brand-new car, we ensure it meets all quality and safety standards before delivery. This inspection verifies that the vehicle is in perfect condition, free from manufacturing defects or damages incurred during transit. 

3.3. Used Car Dealer Inspection (Bulk Purchase):
For dealers or businesses purchasing multiple used vehicles in bulk, we offer a specialized inspection service that evaluates all vehicles' mechanical and structural condition. This service helps dealerships make informed decisions and maintain high standards of vehicle quality.

4. Inspection Process

4.1. Scope of Inspection:
Our team will perform a detailed 360-degree inspection of your vehicle based on the selected service. This includes a thorough check of the engine, body, transmission, suspension, electrical systems, and potential accidental damage.

4.2. Tools and Gadgets:
We use the latest diagnostic tools and gadgets to ensure that the inspection results are accurate and reliable.

4.3. Report Generation:
After the inspection, a detailed report is provided that includes our findings, the vehicle’s current condition, any detected issues, and recommendations for repairs or improvements. 4.4. No Warranty: Our inspection services provide information about the vehicle's current condition based on the time of inspection. We do not guarantee future performance, durability, or reliability of the vehicle.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1. Vehicle Availability:
The customer must ensure that the vehicle is available and accessible at the scheduled time for inspection.

5.2. Accurate Information:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date vehicle information during the booking process.

5.3. Vehicle Ownership or Authorization:
By booking a vehicle inspection, you confirm that you either own the vehicle or have permission from the owner to conduct the inspection.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. No Liability for Future Issues:
4 Wheels Analysis is not responsible for any mechanical failures or vehicle issues that arise after the inspection.

6.2. Service Limitations:
We are not liable for undetected or unforeseen issues that occur post-inspection or are caused by environmental factors, misuse, or wear and tear.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. Content Ownership: All content on the 4 Wheels Analysis website, including text, images, logos, and branding materials, is the property of 4 Wheels Analysis and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2. Usage Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without explicit permission.
